  I have just ordered two twin mattresses and special ordered a custom mattress and box springs for a sleigh bed that is 150 to 200 years old - Wayne has helped me with everything I need for years and their family was in business for years and worked with my mom and dad before me- I have nothing but the utmost respect for the whole Theiss family - I love the way they do business!   I BOUGHT A COUCH THAT THE ENDS RECLINES AND ALSO PURCHASED A RECLINER, HAD NOT EVEN MADE FIRST PAYMENT ON THIS FURNITURE AND LESS THEN A MONTH THE RECLINERS ON THE COUCH BROKE DOWN, BOTH SIDES, WAS TOLD THAT COUCHES ARE NOT MEANT TO BE SEAT ON ALL THE TIME, THAT IS THE STUPIDEST THINGS I HAVE EVER HEARD, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THEM AGAIN, NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN A FURNITURE STORE BEFORE, THEY SAY ITS NOT MEANT TO BE SEAT ON ALL THE TIME GUESS IF U ARE DISABLED OR NEED FURNITURE THAT WILL STAND UP TO A PERSON THAT HAS TO SEAT MORE THEN FEW MINUTES A DAY THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BUY YOUR FURNITURE!! THATS JUST THEIR WAY OF SAYING WE SCREWED U AND THEIRS NOTHING U CAN DO ABOUT IT, $2300, DOWN THE DRAIN, I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS, WE TILD THEM THE DAY OF PURCHASE THAT MY HUSBAND WOUKD BE HAVING SURGERY AND WOULD HAVE TO SLEEP ON THE COUCH RELINED UP CAUSE WOULD NIT BE ABLE TO SLEEP IN BED, SO WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THEN THAT COUCH WOULD NOT HOLD UP!!! NEVER AGAIN, EVERY TIME I MAKE PAYMENT IM SO UPSET!!!
